Some of the best ones are Toki, and the one in the Rosewood Corniche hotel. I think it is called Noodles.

They are both expensive, though. A cheaper one is Gulf Royal Chinese Restaurant (couple of branches), and they have a special seafood one called Bamboo on Rawdah street.
