I have signed a contract with ABC company under the sponsorship of DEF company now ABC change my sponsorship from DEF to ABC without giving me any notification and have not taken any permission from me. what to do am not willing to work under this sponsorship.
Please suggest awaiting for your kind reply.

That's a breach of contract.
I think you need to notify them that you are made aware of the incident after it happened, make them aware you oppose such action which they did so without your consent, and that you do not wish sponsorship by DEF company. You need to demand for an answer in a given time period. The more they ignore it, the more guilty they are.
But do try to take a lighter course of action, as the above is rather drastic in the existing culture.

Apparently it seems like illegal. However, what was the status in Labor Ministry for your previous company ABC. If they were in Red or Yellow then it may be a positive point for company DEF. It is only my opinion and I am not the subject matter expert.
