Hi,

Could any swedish share the real kötbullar recipe with me? I've eaten it once somewhere, then tried many recipes from the net, but somehow it's not the same.
It would be nice if I could get the brown sauce recipe as well, that is served along with it.

You can google Swedish meatballs and gravy and you will get several resipes. This one seems the most authentic to me: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alto … index.html

Remember meatballs will taste different depending on proportion of beef and pork you use.
