Several times I noticed that the timeline is not correct.
If the latest post is three days ago, the timeline says yesterday...

ECS

I wonder if it's to do with posts/users who've been deleted from the threads? I've noticed this when I click on some users to check their posting history for spam trends. The count below their pic next to a post will say one number, but their history shows something much less.

Primadonna

I checked with my own posts.
Till now I am not deleted,  neither my posts.

I am still having trouble with this.
I miss to much posts that need a reply.
Will you consider to look at it?

Florent

Hi Primadonna,

Are you talking about timeline you see on Expat.com home page?

As you're an expat in Amman, we show you new content about Amman and Jordan in general. (You'll not see what happened in Aqaba or in other cities in Jordan)

In order to have a global view, you can go to the Jordan Timeline here

Do I answer your question?

Primadonna

Hi Florent,

I mean when somebody posted a reply, no matter where on the blog, I don't get the blue button "new" while I am online or in between my visits.
The timelines behind these post are not always accurate as well.

For example I missed almost your reply because there was no sign.

So in my case when I on the forums of the Netherlands and Jordan, I don't recognize sometimes at first side new posts.
Which can be difficult because some posts needs an action.

Florent

Ok, I understood.

It's not really what we called the timeline, but the topic list. We are talking about this page: https://www.expat.com/forum/viewforum.php?id=11 isn't it?

I'll contact you by PM in order to resolve this issue.
