Epic Culture shock - Looking for North American or European friends

I was born in brazil, but I've spent most of my life elsewhere.
I've lived in the UK(London) for 7 years, and I, absorbed, culturally, almost everything from the UK. Though, I still have that American Culture as well that came from other places 
So, even if I've been living in Sao Paulo for the past 3 years, I'm still suffering from an epic case of culture shock. And I wanted to make friends who share some of the basic culture from the UK(The reason why I requested N.A. And European), so I can at least feel less of an alien here.

Yeah, the culture shock is being so epic for me that sometimes I don't have enough hands to facepalm on the stuff that happens here.
