Hello pls in a few months time i will be coming down to turkey to get a job n work, i just finished a 3yrs course in Information Technology(software engineering) here in my country. Pls who can help me wit the job when i get there am actually planning to stay in instanbul bt i can move to any city...

I think the people in Turkey or the companies don't speak the English.

All of people speak Turkish , so you should look for Europe company and this company has branch in Turkey.

Or you should learn Turkish , and then you will find a job very easily.

You should post your resume in the IT & Telecommunications jobs in Turkey please as it might be helpful if you are job hunting in that sector
