I am currently on the look out for a teaching job in Hanoi. Can anybody tell me any information about a company called "Topscore". They seem legit but can't find much info an them.

Never heard of them, but given Language Schools come n goe as fast as the rain that's not surprising.
Try asking over on some of the teacher forums (daves ESL etc.) might get a better response.
