Getting a job in Istanbul

Hello,

I am a professional electrical engineer with 16years experience. I am interested in getting a job in Istanbul since my friends lives there as well.
Education :
- B.S in electrical engineering
_ M.S in energy saving ( specially in electrical energy fields)
my experience summary :
1- 8 years in petrochemical field ( specially olefin )
2- 3 years in Energy auditing and energy saving fields
3- 3 years in production zinc plants as hydro meta logy type
4- 2 years in zinc and lead factory
