I'm planning to buy Biotin and Folic Acid and I was wondering where I can buy them? Would DM or Rossmann have them?

Don't know about those ones, but you can buy a range of the usual vitamins in Tesco. Take a dictionary or the Hungarian words for the common health products/chemicals can be very confusing.

If you are buying folic acid, should we all say, "congratulations"?

Lol! Thanks! And no, I am trying to strengthen my hair because it's been coming out a lot! I don't think my hair is used to this kind of weather! I read that Biotin and Folic Acid can help strengthen your hair. :)

From your profile picture, you don't need any help with your hair. Looks pretty good. I've recently discovered that NOT using conditioner and not washing it all the time helps the best. All those chemicals are no good!

You could try this internet shop for 'organic' products
http://www.biyovis.hu/tapolcai
(click on the small Union Jack top right for English)

There is grenshop ie. zoldbolt.hu wich also has a 'beauty/health' section
I am giving the google-translated link as there is no english version:
http://translate.google.hu/translate?hl … bolt.hu%2F

sorry if this is just kinda general advise as I am not familiar with those products you wanted...

Are B vitamins. Any pharmacy will have them.

Biotin = B7
Folic Acid = B9

You can also just buy a complete B vitamin supplement (i.e. pill), or just eat more green leafy vegetables (for B9). B7 is made by bacteria in your intestine, and they make more than you need daily, so taking more is not really needed unless you have been diagnosed with a deficiency.

Thanks everyone! :):)

Yes, indeed. As my University Genetics professor said, yeast provides us with the two most important gifts to humanity: bread and beer (he was not much of a wine drinker....).
