Hi there,
I am an Australian SP with a year of experience after finishing a masters SP degree. I've got a bit of travel wanderlust and have been thinking about perhaps taking 6-12 months work overseas somewhere at the end of next year (2013). I've been considering the US (really only New York City!).

My questions are:
1. What is the process of getting Aussie SP qualifications (with a masters degree) recognised in NY?
2. What is the likelihood of getting a job in NYC? How do you line up a job before leaving Australia?

Thanks! I'm hoping to tap into the international contingent one here! And conversely, if you have any questions about working as an SP in Australia, just ask!
