I am Indian but I want to live in Turkey.. D i need a VISA to move there ??? and what are the papers I need !!

yes you need visa for turkey, if u have shengen,uk usa valid visa u can get visa on arrival.

Thanks gurpz80, but i do not have any visa. I have never been to out of India, This is my first time. so please tell me the procedure because i want to migrate there

Do you have a job offer from Turkey? If you just want a residence permit without having a job or business here you have to first come to turkey with a tourist visa then you can apply for a residency permit. They ask you to get a tax number and a bank account in which you must show some amount (i am not aware of the number) of money that the Turkish government requires you to have if you want to apply for a residence permit.
Try searching online for the requirements, it will be more accurate!
