Dear members, I live in Monza, 15 min to Milan. I moved from LA last year,born in Taiwan, I speak English and Mandarin. I love to explore Milan more and learning Italiano language...........,currently I teach Yoga and Meditation in Monza.

The benefit of yoga/meditation, is to help us to live happier and healier. Body has its own wisdom, the "conscious" practice through yoga/meditation , which actives the wisdom within us............somehow, we transform......into more PEACE
