Al Reef Villas

It is a good place just 25 mnts a way from abu dhabi down town and 45 mnts from Dubai.

Very quite manu facilities, the only issue is schooling for ur kids not easy to find and if u do there are little fare and those close shcools are very expensive

Many Thanks ME for your reply ; it wont be an issue for the schools as i have a new born and 3 years ( which KG next year) ; but can you tell me which community shall i consider most ( desert , arabian , ,,,etc ) and what is considered as fare annual rent there

Rent almost same in all al reef villas  ... rent increasing in that area as for 5 bed rooms villa with swimming ppol was AED 155K before one year and these days heard it is AED 180 K per year.

nice place but location is just a pain if your working in the heart of the city
