Long term accommodation

I am looking for somewhere to stay in Nikolaev for a month at the beginning of June 2012. The maximum I want to spend is UHA 3000/ GBP 250 (ideally). I require a kitchen, bathroom, bed, and if it is not too much, the internet would be handy. Is this possible? Any suggestions will be gratefully received as I only seem to be able to find hotels.
