Hey @Ataur, Welcome aboard.

The first response coming after many hours right? Shows that the expat nation has been busy enjoying the weekend.

For me, I did something new. Cooked (on coal) a traditional delicious Iranian dish right on a famous picnic spot. Of course with 6 friends. Enjoyed a LOT apart from surprizing/impressing the masses around!!! Sharing with them and getting appreciation was another part of pleasure ;)

:) One word will explain Saimans:

"Haleem" [a persian recipe]
The ingredients Wheat, Barley, Meat etc were left dipped in lukewarm water overnight. They were mixed together and crushed during the picnic.

Here is a snapshot (in-process yet):

Tx @Wilson. I don't know from where the idea got generated. You know it's not an easy-to-make recipe. :)

@Saimans, It's a park sort of place in the area called Arqah (in Wadi Hanifa). A cool green place for family entertainment. A must-party place!
