Hey all,

As part of the new life here im looking for a presonal trainer.

Have asked aroun but seem to be banging my head agaist a wall to gety an english speaking pref arab or western one,

any one got any ideas!

I would recommend you call up, or even pass by, the Hotel Intercontinental Gym in Riyadh and they may be able to assist you or even direct you accordingly. Other hotels in town also may be useful to check out since they all have prfessional gyms and trainers.
