UNABLE TO PAY COURT FINE PAYMENT PLAN.

Hello guys,

I had a traffic case and I was fined 1000 Bhd to pay on instalment of 100 Bhd per month but now I have missed two months and I requested court to reduce the amount from 100 BHD To 50 BHD due to my financial situation and court rejected my request.

I am no longer able to pay the remaining amount because I paid

500 Bhd so far .

Now the question is,

1) If I am taken to court and I get to be jailed, will court return the amount I paid already and sentence me for case punishment??

2) Will I serve jail term for remaining amount or for full amount.??

Help because am completely unable to pay

You keep creating new posts for the same motorcycle issue that you had. Just keep your questions to one thread vs. spreading them out all over the place.

To keep it simple, it is a fine. The court will never refund you the money paid just because it put you in jail.
