ı wonder for if someone works 2 years in the same company with HSM visa and meet minimum salary requirements last 2 years and then 2025 while continue to work in the same company if salary is below than new HSM salary requirement. Does it cause a problem? Having HSM visa till to 2027 so no need to renew it.

Their is nothing specific on their website. I suspect that as long as you still have work and it meets the minnimum standards, it will just be a change of residency permit. My advice is to speak to the IND; if you go to their website, you can screen chat with an agent, it's a chatbot at first and if that doesn't work, they put you through to a live agent.
