Spousal Visa to Norway

Hi, would appreciate any advice.

Here's a little about our situation:

My wife and I have been married for 20 years, we were married in Norway but never lived there.
We have four children, all dual citizens with Norway and Australia
I am from Australia
We would like to apply for a spousal visa for myself to live in Norway
I have always run my own business, but I don't have a university degree
We have adequate savings to live in Norway for a while, to either rent or buy a house, before we get jobs
My wife is about to finish her Master's in Teaching degree, but we don't have any jobs lined up in Norway

I would like to know the best visa to apply for. It seems like most visas needs the Norwegian person sponsoring the visa to be living and working in Norway....which doesn't work for us as we all currently live in Australia.

Would appreciate any advise.
