Hi and welcome to the Forum.

My understanding is that post-Brexit, you retained the rights you had in the country you lived in at that time (so, in your case, Spain, that includes travel rights within the Schengen Zone).  Should you wish to then move on to another EU country to live and work, then you lose your Brexit rights in Spain and have to effectively start again (in your case, the Netherlands); so you'll need to apply for a Dutch residence permit.  The Dutch Government Department (IND) that deals with this has a website; this link will take you straight to the section that deals with residency permits.  That same link also has a link to their contact section where you can phone them and ask questions.

You say you want to work, to get a decent job anywhere, you need 4 things

  • Relevant qualifications
  • Relevant experience
  • speak the local language
  • luck

The more you can tick from the list, the better your chances of finding work.

I hope this helps.
