Hi! I am moving and looking for someone who is interested in a nice apartment in the district 1 (very good area) to take over. Minimum rental period till December 2024. In the central part of the 1st District, Naphegy area, in a modern condominium, a 3rd floor apartment is for rent. The 72 sqm property consists of a living room, an open-style kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bathtub and a shower) and a guest toilet. The lovely balcony can be accessed from the smaller bedroom. The flat has an “A” rated energy certificate. The air-conditioned property has an alarm system. The property can be rented with or without furniture. Garage can be rented for extra charge, as well as a storage. Mom Park Shopping centre, Tabán, Oxygen Gym can be reached on foot. Plenty of cafés and restaurants can also be found nearby. Bus and trams stops are within few minutes on foot, too.
