My spam folder is full of offers...

Seriously though:
Even if you can get it without prescription, it's probably better to see your doctor to get the kind with the least complications for your other possible conditions, and the least interactions with other medication you might be taking.
You'll probably end up paying less at the pharmacy too if you have a prescription.

If you want to damage yourself smoke cigarettes or something but I won't give you advise on buying any medicine in the street. You can certainly find suspicious vendors in every underpass or in Józsefvárosi Piac and at any other similarly fascinating sightseeing attractions of the kind but I'm convinced that the effectivity of these pills is at least say questionable if at all. In best case they are just stolen, if not counterfeit. This is not like Egypt or Russia where you can buy all these things in any pharmacy, but if you medically need it, believe me the best way is to see a doctor. They will surely help you the best they can, and will treat you with respect, as will every pharmacist too. You may even get it cheaper on prescription than in the street. I know it's none of my business but if it's this easy legally and securely I don't see the point in trying to get hold of it at all price but straighforwardly. If you still want to get it without prescription, alternatively you may go to Ukraine. I know it might be a long way to do, but probably there it is available over the counter. You may inquire in a forum fitting the location. :)

OK, can you recommend some english speaking GPs than?

I would take Ferike's advise about going to Ukraine , as an alternative to Viagra treatment.
