Is it possible to apply for PR 3 months before your 3 years residence permit is going to get over? So, technically the question is can we apply for PR when we have stayed for 2 years and 9months, but has the extended work contract? So, this would mean I don't have to pay for extending residence permit and then again for PR. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks!
You can do and if you don't meet the conditions for PR they will see if you can get a temporary R again.You have to take into account that you will not be able to travel abroad for a period of time.
