I am writing this whilst sitting on a pink camel.

My statement and theirs share the same level of truth.

    I also want to take a services from them. Should I take it or not? Because they are showing their license or certificate of their Agency. And insist themselves for legitimate of whatever job they perform for the Job Seekers.
I'm literally confused what to do next. Please help me someone who got cheated by showing the proof only.

    @SimCityAT Ok, so what about that I have have checked the NIP, REGON, License number in the Poland Government Official site. And I can see it is a genuine or legit Immigration Company with the proper documents. Anyway if you are not a heater of them and really care to your fellow Asians or Africans then please explain it with the proper instances with us that it is a fake rather than just to say it is a scam without providing any proof. As it will be very helpful for us. Thank you.

• Realise a seemingly legit company might well be rubbish at their jobs or making 'optimistic' claims.

A scam is a scam. If I wanted to be dishonest I could be. I could make a website in an hour with fake details and bank account. I could produce a fake licenses given time.

I hope I checked with you earlier. I entered into contact with the live and work in Europe last year.

I have been waiting for more than 25 weeks now for a work permit they had promised would be ready within 12 weeks.

They say they have an office in the UK. They DON'T it is simply a mail forwarding address. Anyone can use it.

The photos on their website are library pictures that anyone can get off the internet for free of charge.

Now, ask yourself why would a company based in the Ukraine try and find work for people in Poland.

After checking the salaries on the website are to low and actually break EU laws and rules.

If you want to waste your money that's fine by me. But when it goes all wrong please don't come back crying.

On the plus side, we have one poster here who says they are real - That poster hasn't paid yet and has absolutely no experience.

I strongly suggest that poster pays up and tell us about his new job.

However, he will never return out of pure shame when he pays and realises he's been scammed.

Just to add what Fred has said......

Jobs in the EU, go to citizens of the country the job is in first, then they go to citizens of the EU. Finally if they can't find someone to fill the job then it is offered to the rest of the world. This is very unlikely when it is low skilled work because companies don't want to go through the stress of applying for visas. Now if you are lucky enough to get a visa and sponsorship you nearly always have to speak the local language, and you have to be earning a minimum salary which is normally in the €1000's.

16,000 was last year. It's only 7,000 for 2024. One more concernrn the company has only 1 drirector!

No they're not. Please read the previous posts. Someone gave them money back in January and they are still waiting to hear back from them.
