This is terrible.

I wish I could help you, but renewals were not done like this when I moved here 23 years ago. I would download the renewal form, have my company fill it out and sign it - then mail it in myself.

There was no such thing as 'a decision' being made, though. As long as I remained employed, it was guaranteed to be renewed. I had to do this for five years - until I got my permanent residence permit - but they change the immigration processes all the time.

My advice is to contact an Immigration Lawyer. I wouldn't wait on the company to figure this out because they are not experts on immigration processes.

Hi,

Yes, this is very unfortunate. Last year, the company I worked for offered to me an indefinite contract and wants to renew my HSM visa.

I meet all the conditions, my visa, which was approved in 2 weeks last year, has been waiting for more than 3 months this year.

The problem that I can't understand is my employer calls IND almost every day, they cannot reach any relevant people. No one knows why decision is still waiting more than 90 days, no extra document requested, no additional information ...

Next week notice of default period is finish, as you mention maybe better to check with immigration lawyer.

From what I heard is, it works if you complain on their social medias.

It seems they are very responsive.

Hi! I sent the letter on June 6th, and  got a response on the 20th. Not much communication in between
