Seeking Guidance: Work Permit and Job Opportunities in Turkey

Hello everyone,

I am delighted to join the Turkey forum and introduce myself to this wonderful community. My name is Awais Ahmed, and I am a Digital Marketing Specialist hailing from Pakistan. With over 9 years of experience in the industry, I have developed a deep passion for all things related to digital marketing.

Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various areas, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Blogging, content writing, and website development. I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients and helping them achieve their online marketing goals.

While I may be new to the forum, I am excited to learn more about the expat experience in Turkey. If anyone has any questions or needs assistance with digital marketing strategies or techniques, I am more than happy to share my knowledge and expertise.

Additionally, I am currently exploring opportunities to work in Turkey and would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in obtaining a work permit or finding a job in the country. If anyone has insights or advice on the process of acquiring a work permit or knows of any job opportunities in the digital marketing field, I would be extremely grateful for your help.

Thank you all for the warm welcome, and I look forward to engaging in fruitful discussions, forging meaningful connections, and potentially finding opportunities to contribute my skills in Turkey.

Best regards,

Awais Ahmed

Hello everyone,

Welcome on board Awais Ahmed!

To help you better understand how you can find opportunities and what will be needed from you to move to Turkey, I recommend that you read the articles of the Living in Turkey guide for expats and create your CV in the Jobs in Turkey section for better exposure.

All the best

@Bhavna Sure! I'll check. Thank You

Hello Awais,

You need to look for open positions in Turkey's labour market by searching on the platforms like LinkedIn and Kariyer. If you can find a company in Turkey who wants to hire you, the employer will apply for a work permit for you.

By the way, if you need a translator in Turkey, or advices about living here ( including rent a house , car or writing a CV and so on) you can contact me.

Hello, Montazermariam

Thank you for your help I tried on Linkedin but not on Kariyer, now I'll try on Kariyer if you know more platforms where I can get an instant response or if you can help me in getting the work permit it will appreciated. I will contact you for more help.

@mr.awais Kariyer is the most popular job seeking website and application in Turkey. After that I can say “Yenibiriş”, but I recommend you to focus on Kariyer more. I will be happy to help and hope you find your desired job in Turkey.

@montazermariam Thank you for the recommendation.
