Hi and welcome to the Forum.
It's part of the BIG process in recognising your overseas medical qualification, you can get the answers to your questions on the BIG website, but to save you a walk, it's a general knowledge and language exam; you'll need to achieve at least B2/C1 (native) in Dutch and English; it tests your speaking, reading and writing abilities at this level; if you have the IELTS diploma, you may be exempt the English part of the exam. They advise that you are unlikely to achieve B2 from a language course, and they recommend living in a Dutch-speaking environment before trying.
