Dear All
I'm an ex-pat employee who completed the probation period of three months. As per Bahrain labor law, can I resign from the company by giving one month's notice before completing the one-year service period, or else, should I work one year to resign? As per the contract document notice period is one month.
Currently, I have no potential job opportunity. My plan is to find a job opportunity after resigning from my current employer.
