Very involved in my work, I prepare courses adapted to the level of the learners. In addition, I constantly keep up to date with the latest techniques in order to keep my courses current and bring up-to-date information to the users.

My experience in teaching in hospitals, both in adapted sports and in recovery, has allowed me to acquire solid teaching skills and adaptability. Also, I will be able to adapt to all audiences.
