Outsourcing Advantage is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring manager to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or work experience, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role for candidates the USA.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. at a C1 Level

Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
