We are renting our house, located in Lyon, starting July 1st, 2023, as we are moving to the US ourselves.

The house is located in the center of Lyon, within walking distance to everything (10min to Perrache). It is hidden away in an urban forest of 2000 m2, with a big spa and a vegetable garden. There is a garage and private space for multiple cars.

The house is quite special and is divided in two distinct appartment :

- one on the ground floor, of 80m2, with 3 bedrooms, which we rent to students, airbnb or use to host family. I can be used for visiting friends, an au pair, or an added source of revenues if you so decide.

- the main part of the house is 102 m2 divided on two floors, with a big living space, and master bedroom with ensuite shower, and two bedrooms upstairs with a decided bathroom.

We are renting the house fully furnished, with everything you need to take care of it and to garden. We can also rent not furnished.
