What is the situation in Bogota if I wanna buy some Xanax or somthing similar for anxiety & more?
Would I need a prescription?

Never self medicate with Xanax or other benzos.

I tried it and -- after a while -- ended up in a detox hospital in Connecticut, because you can’t get off regular Xanax use without medical supervision.  It could be fatal.  For me, rehab followed .. and it was hell.

It’s easy enough to find a decent and inexpensive clinic here in Colombia to prescribe estupefacientes y psicotrópicos of which Xanax is one type.

Two weeks ago here in La Zona, Colombia, I had a one-month prescription filled for such a med at the biggest clinic in town, at a cost of about $10 -- including doctor consultation.
