Monthly Housing BA (Belgrano)

My wife and I would like to return to BA (Belgrano) for 1-3 months next year. We see very few listings in Airbnb in the Belgrano neighbourhood despite many apartments all around us here. Any suggestions to connect with apartment owners (other than Airbnb) would be very much appreciated.
