Temporary redisency types in Argentina to get motorcycle license

marenlamoto

Hello,

I have all necessary documents for obtaining a precarious residence (residencia precaria) in Buenos Aires. I need the certificate in order to apply for my motorcycle license. The problem is; I will be travelling as a tourist (from Netherlands). Therefore, none of the regular residency types apply to me (such as work, study, retirement).

Is travelling a valid reason to apply for the precarious residency? https://buenosaires.gob.ar/tramites/cer … a-precaria

I have all necessary documents prepared and I speak Spanish. My departure to Argentina is on the 28th of May.

Alternatives:

Working holiday visa (but takes time and I'm not sure it is recognized for a residency)

Digital nomad working visa (I could organize this with the company where I am still employed)

Study visa. Should this be a full time study, or could this be a few weeks of language course?
