Hi, am looking for someone with some experience with Index funds SP500, Vanguard 500 to give some insight and understanding. I've researched into using various platforms however some of them can not be accessed from UAE.

Look into opening an account with Interactive Brokers. Then you'll have access to different index funds including the ones you listed.
