How to transfer funds from UAE to Thailand

Hello, especially hello to Thai expats here in UAE,

How do people here transfer funds to Thailand banks?

My research so far:

Many expats in Thailand recommend Wise, but Wise is not operational in UAE.

My own bank here will charge a small fortune to do this.

Al Ansari Exchange has no direct connection with Thailand so need to go through intermediary banks and each will charge fees.

I don't find any comments on this particular topic in this forum.

This is same for most of the countries when you do wire transfer.

If Wise.com available in your country of sending, then only you have chance to save charges.
