I am sorry to have to tell you that this is NOT a one year ban.  This is a permanent / lifetime ban.  You can never work in the UAE again.

There is no legal procedure that can help you remove it.  If you think it was done in error then you can try with medical reports and so on.  There is no standard process for this and less than 0.00001% of the people succeed in this................and after many many many years.

And you posted about this back in March and you were answered.   Don't keep asking the same question again and again........you won't get a different answer.

@XTang 2 Days Back I took X ray test again. Now, My lung scar is reversed. Scar was due to pneumonia. Not Due to TB. So, No more any findings in my lungs. At least, now i have possibility to lift the ban.

Look, you can always try.  All I am saying is that it is not an easy or short process and majority i.e. 90%+ do not succeed despite genuine cases.

Since your PRO mentioned a one-year ban, it might be best to consult a lawyer who specializes in UAE immigration laws.

In 2023, some Russian person underwent a medical checkup to obtain an investor visa. During an X-ray, old scars were found on her lungs. Additionally, she was sent to a medical center to give a saliva sample. We did not wait for the results, since we had to fly away. Upon departure, she was detained and told that there was a ban on leaving, since the visa application had not been canceled. On the 1st floor, airport employees (apparently the immigration service) put the appropriate stamp and she flew away.

In 2024, when she arrived in Dubai, it turned out that there was a ban on entry. Entry into the UAE is prohibited.

As well she has documents from Russian and German medical centers, apostilled, translated, confirming that she is healthy.

The propose - just need to remove the ban, for traveling, no work visa required. Maybe any options to do it? medical tests, investments, real estate, whatever.. thanks in advance!

This is not going to be easy or simple.   She shouldn't have left until the visa application was complete.  Right now, you don't know what the ban is for.   There is no entry ban because of her leaving.........my guess is that it is a medical unfit ban.    Find out first the nature of the ban and what the authorities say.  If she was marked as medically unfit then there is really nothing you can do - she cannot get any work or investor visa in the UAE.   The only visa she can get is a spouse / dependent visa.

Thanks for replay! This is definitely a health ban. But we don't need a visa for work, only for travel.. maybe any options? Make investments or real estate..

I don't think you are getting me here.   She has been banned for medical reasons which is usually a permanent ban.   While this ban is in effect, she will NOT get any visa, whether work, investor or whatever (with the exception of a family visa).   Also if the ban came with an eye scan, she will not be able to come to UAE even on a visit or tourist visa.

I don't have a contact  as there is no such thing as "ban lifting" as these are permanent bans and cannot be legally challenged.  Now if the ban was made in error, you can get all the evidence and prepare to spend huge amounts of time with DHA..........you don't need a lawyer still and there is no guarantee of success. 

Simply, my advice would be to forget this and move on.  The only thing you can do is have her husband apply, get investor visa and then sponsor her for dependent visa (they will lift the ban for you to apply the dependent visa)...........if her being in the UAE is that important.   I keep saying dependent visa because what you need to understand is that the ban right now, applies to ALL types of visas even tourist......and it cannot be lifted.........you can go around it using the dependent route which will allow you to travel to the UAE.

Hello, I went to Karama medical center before yesterday for a medical, then yesterday I received a message to do a follow up test in Muhaisnah center. They ask mr if I have a TB before ( I said no ) If I have cough ( I said yes ) and if I had s covid before ( I said yes ) They ask me to do a bloodtest and sputum test..

Should I be worry? How long does it take before the result will come? This is my first time to experience this after working in UAe for more  than 10 years now.

All of this has been discussed on the forum.   Search the threads as ALL your questions have been answered.   Just wait for the outcome.

please, I try to keep on searching and reading here but i dont get an answer to my question .. Just last thursday I went to Muhaisnah again as my company send they call muhaisnah to ask for follow up and muhaisnah said they send email to PRO.. When my company asked what kind of email as PRO didnot received any also, They said they need some documents like E Visa, Cancelation paper. So my company send me to sent all the documents needed. When I went their I asked for the result and they told me I need to wait for 2 to 3 weeks more as I just submited the documents they asked.. Like WTH, Ive been waiting for almost 3 weeks now and when I go their their is no even proper comunication. After I do sputum and bloodtet they just told to me to go home. Nobody even ask me or atleast inform me they need some documents. I have an E visa already but my residence is pending as the result also is pending. My Company is already on edge also as it keep on delaying my Residence Visa.. What should I do?

You can do nothing except wait.   If marked as UNFIT then you won't get a visa.

Even I never leave uae for the past 6 years? and just changing company? Someone told me if u came from residence visa and not a tourist visa.. U can still have 1 year visa ?

You didn't mention this in your previous question - it seemed you were asking for a first time visa.   If you are already on a residence visa and this medical is for renewal or transfer, then there is no issue.  They will give you a 1 year and give you appointments for treatment over 6 months.

If a chest X-ray shows a small single pulmonary nodule that has been present since birth, with no history of TB, will a new visa application for Sharjah be denied on the basis of being medically unfit?

NO ONE can answer that question for you on the internet.   Medical diagnosis is done in person after considering patient history, recent and past test results and correlating all information.   The primary doctor is the decision maker.   High level, without seeing anything, I would say you have good chances of getting through.
