Old TB scars on lungs

I have old TB scar on my right lung .That was happened last 7 years ago .The doctor said she will write the recommendation letter for my scar that is not active and no danger.I want to come Dubai in December because I want to work in Dubai. Please answer my post.I really wanna come to Dubai because that's my dream county
