DHA-DOH license transfer rejection

Seeking Advice and Assistance

I am a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse seeking guidance regarding my rejected DHA-to-DOH license transfer.

My application was rejected because the transferred DHA DataFlow report reflects my Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a one-year qualification. However, my degree was obtained through a continuous 4-year nursing program at the same university in Cameroon, beginning with a diploma and progressing to a bachelor's degree.

Following the rejection, I contacted my university, which provided clarification confirming the educational pathway and qualification. I also contacted DataFlow, which advised me to seek guidance from DOH.

This situation has been emotionally and professionally challenging, especially knowing that colleagues who completed the same program at the same university have successfully obtained their licenses.

I believe this issue relates to how my qualification was verified and presented in the PSV report rather than any deficiency in my educational qualifications. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or can offer advice, guidance, or assistance, I would be sincerely grateful.

Is it possible to apply for re-verification of only educational qualifications with DOH Dataflow.?
