Resign my job on probationary period

Hi every one,

I want to resign my job in the probationary period, i have worked 1month in a construction company, it is so difficult to live here, and my working time and salary is not satisfactory. If i resigned this job can i compensate all the expense like visa, labour card, could please reply for this question immediately because i have no time to loose anyway..

Please check what is mention in your contract first. But you need to know that a lot of people who resigned before expire contract they didn't receive salary after resignation letter.

If it possible to resign this job.. Does every company have probation period, even its llc based or not based, somebody said that construction companies not have probation period.. Is it true? Pls reply
