no contract serve from employer

Your employment contract is something exclusively between your employer and yourself.

If you are working without signing your employment contract then it is largely your fault.

Get your employer to first give you your employment contract for your review and approval, before you start to work. Before signing make sure your terms of employment have all been covered in detail.

I am looking for the best way to know of my employer plans with why he did not give or serve a contract for me.Maybe there is a plan to me.
Im from UAE my friend recommend me as a Auto Painter here in MABILLAH.My employer hired me only by phone and email he want me to work in workshop auto paint.Only i singed and he also singed a Offer Letter that include all.free accomodation free ticket in one year 15 days vacation.
And the salary that write in the offer letter is 400 OR.So i come here by land travel with his friend pick me in UAE AL AIN.The date we are travel is may 8,2018.I dont know what kind of Visa he gave tome and it cost 20 OR

Can i know if he give me a visa for employment visa,so what is the rule here  in oman,it is going to singed a contract of employment visa for applied my oman card.what is that ,or i will asked my employer
only visit visa only he gave to me

pls analyst to my situation.or if i not accept the job and i go back to my country.

From what you are narrating, this seems like an underhand deal.

You are obviously NOT on an Employment Visa. And you are made to work.

No wonder your employer is not getting you registered.

You are getting conned by your employer. Do not get taken for a ride.

Tell your employer that you will report about his actions to the Ministry of Manpower unless he changes your status to a legally employed expatriate - which is easier said than done, in your case.

To be on the safe side, do call up your country's embassy in Muscat and explain your predicament to them and seek their advice.

long time i have no messages from you.
and still im here in the garage work as auto painter.
And still im working on it.but until now i already 1 month 7 days my salary according to offer letter 400 he give me only partial salary of 150 OR.
He said our job work are not released or means payment for car repair customer not take there car to pay the work.
So thats  our problem for 10 people in the workshop.
Sir can i know how much they spend a employment visa for two years .for auto painter

No point in waiting for things to improve at your work spot. It is most unlikely to happen.

So it is better for you to go to your country's local embassy and complain about your employer and the mistreatment being meted out to you as the employee.

Once you rope in your embassy officials, they will extend all assistance and support to you, and they will also help you to recover your arrears and dues.
