Chiropractors or Manual Therapy jobs in Kuwait?

Hi everyone,
I hope this finds you well.

I'm a Chiropractor currently working in England for the past 5 years (graduated 2014 from Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Masters degree).
However I'm thinking about moving to Kuwait to work as a Chiropractor because my wife is Kuwaiti and we're thinking of moving to live in Kuwait.
As far as I can see online there are barely any or no Chiropractors in Kuwait.?
I was hoping that anyone could give me any information as to getting a job as a chiropractor or a related job in the field of musculoskeletal treatment/rehabilitation in Kuwait.
Currently I've emailed a couple of the big hospitals in Kuwait asking for more information and I'm waiting to hear back from them.
From what I've read on a couple of websites I gather that it might be much easier to be already in Kuwait then try to find a job rather than trying to get a job offer while still in the UK, is this true?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
