Looking for a one room apartment around shuwaikh ind. area

Im a fresher Chartered Accountant who has been selected by Alghanim Industries as financial analyst (through campus placements). I'll be joining in 15 odd days at Kuwait.
I'm being offered accommodation by the co. for 60 days, which means I'll be needing the same by 15th of August - odd I guess. Can you please give me an idea of how much should I expect to shell out per month if I have to be within a radius of 10 km from Shuwaikh Industrial Area? I need no swimming pool, just a decent room with attached bath & kitchen-kinda (I cant cook though 
) All I need is - No Sharing. I cant stand anyone on my head for 24 hrs. I lock the room, and I open it. A studio apartment would be perfect. Furnished or unfurnished doesnt matter.
Secondly, is there a decent unisex gym (with steam/sauna)[Considering a unisex gym shall have a comparatively decent gentry, and I live for my body} in the proximity of my shuwaikh office? And what should I be expecting to spend on an annual membership?
