Job grades and bonuses in Alshaya
Hi, am new as a member to EB, but I've been browsing this site quite long, and you guys rock!! 'Enlightening' expats or soon-to-be-expats is a great thing I suppose 
Am an Oracle ERP consultant with 7+ years of experience from India, having worked with various global corporations and I'm considering an offer from Alshaya. I'm not going to ask for a evaluation of my offer but I want to know what are the grades in Alshaya? I'm being offered grade 10 (kind of supervisor) is this the normal grade offered at this experience level?
Also 25% (on basic) is being offered as yearly bonus, so how often does Alshaya pays the bonuses? Good corporations such as Alshaya is supposed to be paying them regularly (which is what I got to know from HR) but is this true?
