congratulations to all who wish to partake in the path towards health and wellness.

the most important lesson to learn is that weightloss is a life change and not just a temporary thing; it has to encompass two aspects; diet and exercise.

ergo, it is best to join a group that practices and promotes weight loss and life change :)

take for example this group taht was mentioned in bazaar magazine (link) which just so happens to be run (pun intended) by yours truly :D
