congratulations to all who wish to partake in the path towards health and wellness.
the most important lesson to learn is that weightloss is a life change and not just a temporary thing; it has to encompass two aspects; diet and exercise.
ergo, it is best to join a group that practices and promotes weight loss and life change
take for example this group taht was mentioned in bazaar magazine (link) which just so happens to be run (pun intended) by yours truly
