medical failure - deport and life time GCC ban?

Dear All,

My cousin got a job in kuwait. he got visa and then took medical through Gamca. but the clinic doctor said they observed a scar ( some thing like fibrosis) near lungs in his chest x-ray. but he has no history of any respiratory diseases including TB. besides, he is a very healthy person.

will this create any problem in medical test after reaching kuwait. some friends also say that, if people are diagnosed of similar scars in x-ray they will be deported with a life time ban to enter any GCC country. is this true?. my cousin is now very much afraid and fed up. he got this job after a long struggle and he has also been to saudi one year back.

please share your knowledge in this matter....
