Salary advice (Urgent)

Guys i need REPLY URGENT PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ avrgae salary for Reservation supervisor at 5 star hotel chain in kuwait ??

500 - 700 KD

on what basis.you should take into consideration the responsibility and the skills required for the job and what qualifications required for this job.how important is the role the manager will have to play.

i would say if the person is qualified with a certificate of diploma or a short course,and no experience give something close to 400.if with experience,ask how much he was paid in his previous job in interview.

If the personality possesses a degree in this field, then he should be started with a 500KD.or as your superior agrees with you and the person.

Thx Acer & thx Mnaguib and i think i received your replies very late coz i sent already my reply to company and i asked them for 290 KD so i dont know hat i have to do coz ic ant ask them for more and plus they dont send me their reply

See it is depend on demand and supply , and 290 kd may be little but u should ask for the % of inclease when and how much.

dude,you are choosing a manager here.not a normal employee,the wataniya telecom is paying that to a customer service agent.

they need to find a right guy who will carry out the work smoothly.

Acer u mean 290 is low and u mean watanya look for customer service and is 290 low salary and not enough for me in kuwait???

no i mean ts low for a supervisory level,he is the lowest manager.and not the lowest employee.maybe because of your qualifications and experience they gave you 290 as starting.might increase after 6month or a year,

Ace by the way the offer me 230 KD and i know it is low salary and i aware that Kuwait currency is expensive becuase of that i post my topic for help and i asked them for 290 KD and singleroom coz thery offer me sharing room and about flight ticket they offer me 2 years althought it has to be yearly tickets .so you have nay comment about that???

see Hilton , if u have salary in Egypt between 3000 - 5000 Egy. never think for the offer , if it is between 2000- 3000 Egy. You can think for the offer , if ur salary under 2000 Egypt , Come to Kuwait , you can improve yourself here.
