No Objection Letter

Hai..

I am working as a staff nurse & i got an offer from a reputed firm. The problem is my previous employer is not providing no objection letter & as they just provide only visa cancellation paper only & my new employer is insisting without NOC they can take me. Kindly let us know any solution for us.

Regards,

That has nothing to do with the visa process and it seems like an internal employer policy.  Once the old visa has been cancelled, you are no longer bound to the old employer and the new employer is not taking any risk.   The only solution is to talk to your employers and work something out.

Reason : unfounded information
The OP is not asking about transfer as their visa has already been cancelled. There is NO NOC needed for applying a new visa for them by the Government. Its their new employer who is asking for one.

And also there is no transfer process requiring letters - it is online through mobility in LMRA EMS platform.
