Offer letter is not legally binding. Its only when they apply and get a visa for you. At that stage, in the eyes of the Government, you are working for that employer.
So we can accept another offer letter as well from other companies till they convert into work visa??
Yes but if one company has already applied for your visa, then the other company cannot.
Hii...
If employer ask to extend the visit visa and ask to wait for visa process...what shud we do..??already recieved the offer letter though...
I already told you.  IF they have lodged an application for conversion of visit visa to employment visa, you are stuck.  Find out what stage your process is in.

Hi, I have a visa from one company and I am being working here for three years. But I don't have a signed employment contract and only have a offer letter. Now I wanted to resign from this company. According to the signed offer letter I have to give three months notice period. But I want to resign in one month. Am I legally bond for with Offer letter? or can I act according to Bahrain Labor law? please advice.

They WOULD have uploaded a contract at the time of your visa processing.   Try to get a copy of that from LMRA and see what it says.
