Hello!

I want to ask what are the requirements a company need so they can put an employee's visa to mobility? and how long will the LMRA update the visa status?

the old employer just need to log in and allow transfer right? they don't need any documents? once they allow transfer the new employer can then process the mobility?

I have another question. if the current employer already allowed transfer the visa in the system, can they cancel it or blacklist the employee? we know the allowed time to transfer and process the visa is a month.

If the new employer already paid the old employer for my visa transfer can i leave now my old employer or i will have to finish the 1 month notice before leaving?
